I am currently offering an 8-Week Immersion Women's Therapy Group

Awakening to your Sacred Self

"Waking up" can be elating at times and also terrifying. It is as if your soul is calling us to shed everything that has helped us cope and calling us to a great unknown. This group is designed to offer you a supportive community to help you make the positive changes you feel called to make.

The elements of this group are an introduction to the SACRED

S is for Softening: We learn to soften our attitude toward ourselves and view ourselves with a lens of compassionate acceptance. No longer do we choose to shame our bodies or the voices in the committees in our minds. We respond to ourselves with tenderness and honor our own pace of our inner transformation. We recognize our shortcomings for what they are: old ways of coping which no longer serve us. We choose to give to ourselves the same loving care we so freely give to others.

A is for Awareness:  As our hearts soften toward ourselves, we learn to shift our focus from what we lack to the abundance which is available to us. We notice synchronicities happening more frequently leading us to new friendships and opportunities. As we realize how much we have to be grateful for, we shift from a state of discontentment to a sense of awe and wonder of our own potential to impact the world in a positive way.

C is for Conscious Intention: We build a daily habit of sacred ceremony to seek clarity of purpose and to root ourselves in the Sacred realm and to the Earth. We learn to act with intention in all aspects of our lives. Our conscious intention helps guide us to channel our unique gifts to benefit ourselves, our relationships and our planet.

R is for Recognition and Reflection:  We come to understand that separation from ourselves, from others, and from the Divine are different aspects of the same illusion. We realize that we are not, nor have never been, alone. This is true even in the secret space of our own hearts. We Reflect on our darker aspects (shadow) and, by accepting ourselves fully, we free more energy for our greater good.

E is for Embodiment: In American culture, we were raised to project feelings of dissatisfaction, discontentment and outright disgust onto our bodies. Embodiment is a conscious connection to the sensations of our bodies. We embrace our bodies and stand firmly in the center of ourselves. From there, we can effortlessly be there for others.

D is for the Dance of Rebirth: The inevitable result of our pursuit of Sacredness leads us to appreciate the universal cycle of letting go and being reborn. We embrace a grander vision of who we are and the infinite possibilities of how we can impact our world. We attune our bodies and minds to the Dance of Spirit and we rejoice in it.

This group is comprised of eight 1 1/2 hour group sessions as well as access to a private facebook group with group participants for daily support. I will provide recorded guided meditations as well as prompts for you to journal in writing or in any creative way you wish. The prompts are meant to enhance your journey and are not "required homework."

The cost of the group is $480 payable in advance.
